• Our specialty is custom faceless outline art embroidery gifts (T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts). Each product is uniquely made from customer-provided photos.

• We also offer predesigned trending embroidery collections.

• As handmade embroidered art, slight variations in stitching, thread thickness, or positioning may occur. These variations are part of the product’s uniqueness and are not considered defects.

3. Order Policy

• Customers must ensure all details (size, color, photo upload, personalization requests) are correct before placing an order.

• Customized orders cannot be canceled or modified once the design process begins.

• Predesigned products can be canceled before shipment.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in [Currency] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (if available in your region).

• In rare cases of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order with prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery timelines: 5–10 business days (customized orders may take longer depending on design complexity).

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, strikes, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Customized Products: Non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of proven damage (with video proof).

• Predesigned Collection: Eligible for returns and refunds as per our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• All embroidery designs, mockups, website content, and product images belong to Lovemories.

• Customers may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs without written consent.

• For custom orders, we may request your consent to showcase your design as a sample. Without your approval, your design will remain private.

8. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree:

• That the photos you upload are owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

• Not to upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted material without proper rights.

• To follow care instructions provided with your embroidered products to maintain quality.

9. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not liable for minor differences in color, thread shades, or screen display vs. real product.

• We are not responsible for damages caused by improper washing, ironing, or handling.

• Our liability for any product-related claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.
