Can I cancel my order after placing it?
  • For customized embroidery products, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. After we begin designing/digitizing your artwork, cancellations are not allowed.

  • For predesigned products, you may cancel before the item is shipped.

What if I receive the wrong size or color?
  • For customized products, please double-check your size and color selection before checkout, as we cannot remake custom items due to size issues.

  • For predesigned products, if you receive the wrong size or color by mistake, we will replace it at no additional cost.

How do I request a refund for a damaged custom product?
  • You must send us a clear unboxing video starting from the unopened package.

  • Once verified, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Do you accept returns for gifts or orders placed by someone else?
  • Yes, if the order was a gift, the recipient can still request a return/refund for eligible products (predesigned collection) by providing the order details.

  • Customized gifts, however, remain non-returnable unless damaged.
