  1. Order Cancellation Window:

    • Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it.

    • After this window, the design process begins, and cancellations will no longer be accepted for custom products.

  2. Design Processing:

    • After your order is confirmed, our team traces your photo into faceless outline art using Procreate or Infinite Painter.

    • This step typically takes 1–2 business days.

  3. Production / Embroidery:

    • Once the design is finalized, we digitize and stitch it onto your chosen product (T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt).

    • Production time usually takes 1–2 business days depending on order complexity.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free delivery across India on all orders.

  • Estimated delivery time after production: 2–4 business days.

  • Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.

3. Delivery Exceptions

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier partner issues

    • Public holidays, strikes, or natural disasters

    • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In case your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • For damaged products, custom orders require an unboxing video for verification before a replacement or refund can be issued.

5. Shipping Charges

  • All orders are shipped free of cost within India.

  • For international shipping (if offered in the future), additional charges may apply.
