For customized embroidery products, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. After we begin designing/digitizing your artwork, cancellations are not allowed.
For predesigned products, you may cancel before the item is shipped.
For customized products, please double-check your size and color selection before checkout, as we cannot remake custom items due to size issues.
For predesigned products, if you receive the wrong size or color by mistake, we will replace it at no additional cost.
You must send us a clear unboxing video starting from the unopened package.
Once verified, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Yes, if the order was a gift, the recipient can still request a return/refund for eligible products (predesigned collection) by providing the order details.
Customized gifts, however, remain non-returnable unless damaged.
