  Processing Time
  All customised products are made-to-order.
  Production takes up to 7 business days.

  Shipping Time
  Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 4–7 working days, depending on your location.

  We ship through trusted courier partners such as Amazon Shipping, India Post, and Delhivery to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

  Important Notes

  • Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, holidays, or high-demand periods

  • Delays may occur due to shipment issues, natural calamities, government regulations, national holidays, or festive seasons

  • Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by the above reasons

  In Case of Defective or Wrong Item

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos and videos

  • Unboxing / opening video is mandatory for courier-related issues

  Exchanges

  • Accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Only for wrong or defective items

  • Items must be unused and unwashed

  • Shipping charges may apply, as we offer free shipping

  Refunds (if approved)

  • Processed within 5–7 business days after quality verification

  • Refunded to the original payment method

• All customised products are non-returnable.
  Size exchanges are accepted only in case of a manufacturing issue.
• As every piece is custom made, small variations are natural and make each product unique.
